1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and comply with applicable laws in your location. Minors may use the service only with a legal guardian's consent and supervision. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts, API keys, and security

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Protect account credentials and API keys. Do not publish, resell, share them with unauthorized parties, or embed them in public clients.
• Requests made with your account or keys are treated as authorized by you, and you are responsible for the resulting activity and charges.
• If credentials are exposed or misused, revoke the key, update credentials, and contact support immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to conduct or facilitate:

• violations of law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing content, malware, or unauthorized personal data processing;
• circumvention of security, billing, rate limits, access controls, or provider restrictions;
• service disruption, vulnerability probing, unauthorized load testing, or unreasonable load on other users;
• impersonation, account abuse, unauthorized automated attacks, spam, or manipulation.

You must also follow the applicable policies of the third-party model provider you select. We may investigate suspected violations and apply rate limits, suspension, or termination.

4. Pricing, billing, and refunds

Services are generally billed by actual usage. Model rates, billing units, and exchange rates are those shown on the pricing page and console at purchase or request time. We may adjust pricing when provider rates, routing costs, or taxes change, with reasonable notice where practical.

• Usage is determined by platform metering. Review usage and invoices promptly.
• Credits are not bank deposits, earn no interest, and are generally non-transferable.
• Except where required by law, for duplicate charges, or confirmed technical billing errors, consumed usage and purchased credits are generally non-refundable.
• Taxes, bank fees, and payment-provider charges follow applicable rules.

5. User content, output, and data

As between you and Token Box, you retain rights in your input and receive rights in output to the extent allowed by law and third-party model terms. You grant us limited permission to process content as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

• You must have the right to submit input and are responsible for input, output use, and final results.
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output for others. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other high-impact decisions.
• Requests may be processed by third-party model providers, whose data and retention practices may apply.
• We may retain necessary account, usage, security, and error logs for billing, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and legal obligations.

6. Availability and third-party models

Token Box provides a unified gateway, but model capabilities, responses, rate limits, and availability partly depend on third-party providers. We may add, replace, suspend, or remove models and features. Unless agreed in writing, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation.

Maintenance, network failures, upstream restrictions, force majeure, or security events may cause interruptions. Production systems should implement timeouts, retries, fallbacks, and backups.

7. Intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability

Token Box software, interfaces, trademarks, documentation, and platform content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only the limited rights needed to use the service and transfer no platform intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the fees you actually paid to Token Box during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains unaffected.

8. Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts for illegality, risk, non-payment, abuse, prolonged inactivity, or when needed to protect the platform and users. Urgent action may be immediate.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the website, console, or another reasonable channel with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the service before the change takes effect.

Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by laws applicable where the service operator is established, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith through support and, if unresolved, submitted to a competent authority under applicable law.
